  • We’ll work to heal first by focusing on your lifestyle and identify your most important health needs. We will address different pillars that define your health like nutrition, sleep habits, stress management techniques and healthy movement. This is a completely customized approach, tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  • I’ll teach you how to use food and faith as medicine, helping you learn to tune in to your whole person: body, mind and spirit.

  • Once we’ve identified the root causes and started healing, we will create sustained, achievable, natural health solutions. Rather than focusing on just your symptoms and conditions, I’ll regularly check in with you to help you stay on track and create lasting change.

  • Through educational empowerment, accountability and the 5 keys to healing (awareness, consistency, patience, compassion, trust) we will redefine and reform your health. Together, we will build a toolkit of resources for you to use throughout your continuous health journey.

Youth Wellness

A native to New York, Jackie uprooted from Long Island to California in 2012 after five years of teaching Spanish to Middle School and High School students. Her passion for teaching soon craved a broader audience as she was discovering a love for health and nutrition.
